All payments are final and non-refundable.Once service has commenced or access has been granted to onboarding, fulfillment, or appointment scheduling tools, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. By making payment, the client waives any right to file a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider. Any attempt to reverse payment through a chargeback is considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action to recover damages, legal fees, and the original payment.Dispute Resolution:In the event of dissatisfaction or perceived non-performance, the client agrees to communicate with Lupo Marketing, LLC in good faith and allow the company a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue directly before initiating any external dispute.
